Your Mission:
As the Business Development Director, you'll spearhead the creation, leadership, and execution of a powerful Sales and Business Development Strategy across the US market. Your focus will be on offering state-of-the-art foreign exchange services, embedded payment solutions, and driving value for corporate clients, enterprise partners, and financial institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate and qualify leads in diverse sectors such as cross-border e-commerce, gaming, ERP, and advertising.
• Expand market segment share by acquiring and onboarding new customers.
• Develop and explore new lead generation opportunities, including direct selling and affiliate partnerships.
• Identify new verticals for market expansion in the cross-border fintech space.
• Pitch and secure high-value deals, becoming the go-to partner for foreign exchange and payment services.
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly forecasts and targets.
• Define go-to-market strategies for new business segments.
